MARTIN SKYVERGE NEXUS LLC operates an ecommerce business focused primarily on household and home-related products.
Our selection may change as new products are introduced or discontinued.

Because home products can vary by production batch and because electronic displays and photography can affect appearance, minor differences in color, finish, texture, packaging, dimensions, or presentation may occur.
When dimensions, installation requirements, compatibility, materials, or capacity are important to your purchase, please review the product specifications carefully before ordering.
Orders
Submitting an order represents a request to purchase the selected merchandise.
We may decline or cancel an order before shipment when reasonably necessary because of circumstances such as:
Payment authorization problems, suspected fraud, inventory discrepancies, obvious pricing errors, incorrect product information, delivery restrictions, duplicate transactions, or technical errors.
If we cancel a paid order, the affected payment will be refunded as appropriate.

Cancellations

Shipping
We currently serve customers within the United States.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, with estimated transportation of 5–10 business days after shipment.

Returns
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Customer-preference returns are subject to the stated restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping.
Product Use and Assembly
Customers are responsible for using and assembling products in accordance with any instructions supplied with the merchandise.
Products should not be modified, installed, or used in a way that creates unreasonable risk or conflicts with manufacturer instructions.
No Additional Commercial Warranty
MARTIN SKYVERGE NEXUS LLC does not provide an additional store-issued product warranty unless a specific product page expressly says otherwise.
A manufacturer may separately provide its own warranty.
Nothing in these Terms removes any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual Property
Original website copy, visual branding, logos, graphics, photography owned by us, layouts, and other proprietary store materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property laws.
Such materials may not be commercially copied or presented in a manner that falsely implies affiliation with MARTIN SKYVERGE NEXUS LLC.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Customer Content
If customers submit reviews, photographs, feedback, or other content, they must have the right to provide that content.
